FGD on Advancing the National RDF Roadmap for Circular and Low-Carbon Development
On 24 December 2024, UNDP through the Sustainable Infrastructure Programme in Asia (SIPA) Programme and Bappenas convened the First Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on the Development of Indonesia’s RDF Roadmap. The FGD brought together representatives from ministries, local governments, private sector, academia, and development partners to review findings from site visits and business model studies, and to identify key elements for a national RDF roadmap. The discussion highlighted institutional arrangements, technical standards, financing schemes, and stakeholder collaboration as critical components to scale up RDF production and utilization in support of Indonesia’s circular economy and low-carbon development agenda.
