Site Visit and Stakeholder Dialogue on RDF Business Models in Banyumas and Cilacap

As part of the national study on Refuse-Derived Fuel (RDF) business models, UNDP through the SIPA Programme and Bappenas conducted a site visit and stakeholder dialogue in Banyumas and Cilacap from 21–24 July 2025. The activity highlighted two distinct approaches—community-based waste management in Banyumas and a government–private sector partnership in Cilacap—providing valuable insights into the technical, governance, and financing aspects of RDF. These findings will inform the development of an inclusive and adaptable RDF roadmap and business model that can be replicated across Indonesia.
